Steph Hughes was born in the glamorous year of 1986 at Wangaratta Base Hospital, where she holds the record for 'biggest baby head' and 'biggest baby monobrow'. She now works doing illustrations and printing for all-sorts from her little grotto in Brunswick, Melbourne, Australia. She also plays music in a bunch of bands (Dick Diver, Boomgates, Blank Statements).

The whole thing was probably instigated early on by her making gig posters for all the aforementioned bands – but it’s rolled on to diverse workings with the Human Rights Arts & Film Festival, Golden Plains Festival, Oxfam, Good Weekend Magazine, Guide Dogs Association, an array of album/merchandise design for musicians, and mural commissions.
